Daughter of Dimi Mint Abba, the ‘Diva of the desert’, who passed away in June 2011, Veyrouz has sung with her mother on the international stage since the age of six. Veyrouz carries on brilliantly in her family tradition, offering a glimpse into the beauty and complexity of classical Mauritanian music.
